The line rate of 2.488 Gbps is supported by the SmartBits POS-3504As module with a framing genre of OC-48c for SONET and STM-16 for SDH. At any instant, the SmartBits POS-3504AS ATM Module can generate 512 peer-to-peer IP streams and evaluating 21,845 streams. Moreover, the Spirent SmartBits POS-3504AS ATM OC-48c Module can support 42 – 16384 bytes of frame size. With these outstanding features, the Spirent SmartBits POS-3504AS module is used to measure latency, the capacity of loads, and many other essential parameters in the testing of internet devices.
The Spirent SmartBits POS-3504AS ATM Module has a reach in the range of 2 to 15 Km in testing applications.
