The SmartBits LAN-3101A is a well-equipped Ethernet SmartMetrics Module. The SmartBits LAN-3101A SmartMetrics Module is fabricated by Spirent Communications. Configurable with both SmartBits SMB-600 and SMB-6000B Chassis, the SmartBits LAN-3101A Ethernet Module is an ideal choice for rigorous simulations of a wide range of network systems. The LAN-3101A module’s result efficiency remains unvaried whether the module is used to perform testing on a single device or a complicated large network system. The generation and assessment of Ethernet traffic at complete wire-rate capacity along with the high port density; the LAN-3101A module outperforms its competitors in monitoring, testing, and analysis applications in industries.
The LAN-3101A performance analysis system is supplied with 6 ports per module. The SmartBits LAN-3101A module features a line rate of auto-negotiable or controllable 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps transmission. The transmission can be carried out in both full and half-duplex operation. The frame length of 24 to 1600 bytes can be achieved by using the SmartBits LAN-3101A analysis system. The SmartBits LAN-3101A module is developed with built-in features of performing device testing, error generation, and error detection while executing simulation or testing on the network systems.
The SmartBits LAN-3101A module can be scaled up to build a multi-port system. When used with the SmartBits SMB-600, 2 SmartBits LAN-3101A modules can be used to make a 12-port system. In the case of the SmartBits SMB-6000B Chassis, 12 SmartBits LAN-3101A modules can be connected to build a 72-port system. The SmartBits LAN-3101A module is provided with an RJ-45 connector.
