PXI Digital Multimeters
PXI Digital Multimeters (DMMs) from National Instruments are capable of accurately performing temperature, frequency/period, capacitance, current, inductance, voltage, resistance, and diode tests in PXI systems. For this NI PXI Series, there are certain DMMs that have an isolated, high-voltage digitizer that can obtain waveforms at maximum sample rates of 1.8 MS/s. The NI PXI Digital Multimeters have 6.5 or 7.5 digits of resolution with voltages ranges of -300 V to 300 V or -1000 V to 1000 V DC.
