National Instruments 779177-01 Arbitrary Waveform Generator
Part Number 779177-01 is the identifying part number for the National Instruments PCI-5412 Arbitrary Waveform Generator. The 779177-01 features an analog output channel CH 0 that can output full-scale voltages from 12.00 Vpk-pk to 5.64 mVpk-pk into a 50 Ω load. The resolution of the DAC is 14 bits and an SMB jack is used as the connector. Likewise, it has a bandwidth of 20 MHz and also offers DC coupling.
The 779177-01 offers multiple options on sample clock sources. First, there are the internal, divide-by-N (N >=1) and the internal, DDS-based, high-resolution clocks. Likewise, external sources can be connected through the CLK IN with the help of an SMB front panel connector. The Divide-by-N clock has a sample rate range of 23.84 S/s to 100 MS/s whereas the high-resolution clock has a sample rate range of 10 S/s to 100 MS/s.
