The National Instruments 778540-04, also known as the PXI-7354, is a high-performance motion control module that can manage both basic and intricate motion applications. In addition to providing fully coordinated circular, linear, point-to-point, gearing, and vector space control, this adaptable controller also delivers blended motion trajectory control. Both host-centric programming configurations and embedded real-time motion environments can use it successfully. With eight 16-bit analog-to-digital converters for onboard data collecting, the 778540-04 can perform sophisticated motion trajectories and trigger features more effectively. It can also be used for brushless motor control since it allows sinusoidal commutation.
Because of the NI‑Motion driver software, the 778540-04 module may start all axes at once and guarantee that each axis follows pre-established profiles for acceleration and velocity.
