National Instruments cRIO-9053 CompactRIO Controller
Featured with a dual-core CPU and 4 GB of nonvolatile storage, the NI cRIO-9053 (part number: 786424-01) is from National Instruments. This 4-slot controller is designed for deterministic control, high-speed acquisition, and edge processing. In addition to an Intel Atom processor, the cRIO-9053 has an Artix-7 FPGA. It is designed to accommodate a total of 4 C Series modules. You can use four similar or different modules for creating a fully customized control scheme, according to the nature and requirements of your application.
The NI cRIO-9053 utilizes TSN to provide you with deterministic communications and comes with 1 USB 2.0 device port, 1 USB 3.1 host port, 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 1 SD card slot, and 1 trigger line. The availability of a MicroSD card slot enables you to store important data on the device. The CompactRIO Controller is designed to run with the Linux real-time operating system. The I/O available on this CompactRIO Controller can be accessed through the LabVIEW FPGA module or with the NI-DAQmx driver software.
This CompactRIO controller comes equipped with a 1.33 GHz 2-core Intel Atom CPU. The volatile memory incorporated in this rugged CompactRIO controller is a DDR3L, 1 GB DRAM, which is designed to operate with a maximum theoretical data rate of 8.55 GB/s.
