National Instruments cFP-CTR-502 Counter Module for Compact Fieldpoint

The cFP-CTR-502 Counter Module (part number 777318-502) is separated from whatever is left of the FieldPoint bank. In the OFF express, this transistor is turned off, allowing only a small leakage current to flow. The user should ensure that the load on any output channel does not draw more than 1 A.

In FieldPoint programming, the user can configure each count-input channel to operate with attributes and commands. The accompanying segments portray the distinctive qualities and charges the user can choose when designing the count input channels.

To set the terminal count, enter a value from 0 to 65,535 in the value field. The default is 65,535. When the count-input channel exceeds this terminal count, it resets to zero and triggers any outputs related to it. If the channel utilizes one of the external gate inputs, checking is enabled when the gate input signal is high and is disabled when the signal is low. An external device decides the high and low intervals of the gate-input signal. If the user does not associate a gate-input channel with a count-input channel, then they can select Always Disabled or Always Enabled. The user can select Always Enabled if they need the count-input channel to tally constantly, regardless of whether there is nothing wired to the entryway input. Always Enabled is the default value.
