This controller delivers high-performance processing capabilities thanks to its Xilinx Zynq-7000 All Programmable SoC, which features a dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 CPU operating at 667 MHz. It includes 1 GB of NAND flash for nonvolatile storage and 512 MB of DDR3 DRAM for volatile memory, supporting efficient data processing and storage.
The cRIO-9067 is equipped with two tri-speed RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports, which facilitate uninterrupted networking connectivity at 10 Mb/s, 100 Mb/s, and 1,000 Mb/s communication speeds. By default, these ports are enabled, but you may use MAX software to set them up for automatic IP address assignment. It also has a USB host port that can be used to connect keyboards, mice, cameras, and other USB mass-storage devices. The USB device port is primarily used for configuration, application deployment, debugging, and field maintenance tasks such as software installation.
With its RS-232 serial connector, the cRIO-9067 can be connected to external devices, including input and display devices. Utilizing its customizable FPGA, which is likewise built on the Xilinx Zynq-7000 platform, you may customize control algorithms and signal processing jobs with its 85,000 logic cells, 106,400 flip-flops, and 53,200 6-input LUTs. It provides improved processing power for real-time applications with 220 DSP slices and 4,480 kbits of accessible block RAM.
The cRIO-9067 includes an internal real-time clock with 5 ppm accuracy to maintain system time when the device is powered off. With an IP40 ingress protection rating and a pollution degree 2 rating, it is built to resist tough industrial settings and functions throughout a wide temperature range of -20°C to 55°C. It also has reverse-voltage protection up to 30 V DC and can accept a voltage input range of 9 V DC to 30 V DC.
The cRIO-9067 also satisfies IP40 ingress protection standards, making it appropriate for use in challenging industrial settings. It has a pollution degree of 2 and a maximum altitude tolerance of 5,000 m.
