Keysight Technologies M9391A PXIe Vector Signal Analyzer
The M9391A is a 1 MHz to 6 GHz PXIe Vector Signal Analyzer from Keysight Technologies. This model has a modular build and it is capable of analyzing frequencies with up to 160 MHz analysis bandwidth. The Keysight M9391A consists of four PXI modules: M9241A digitizer, M9350A downconverter, M9300A frequency reference, and M9301A synthesizer. To minimize footprint, the one frequency reference incorporated in this model can be shared between several instruments. The frequency reference module has five SMB snap-on type connectors and can generate up to 100 MHz reference outputs.
The Keysight Technologies M9391A is an ideal solution for various applications, such as multichannel and MIMO device testing, radio transceiver production testing and design validation, power amplifier design validation, and manufacturing. Moreover, the M9381A combined with the M9391A offers a comprehensive solution for fast and precise measurements optimized for Radio Frequency (RF) manufacturing environments. This device is capable of accepting external reference input within a range of 1 to 110 MHz, sine wave.
The M9391A is offered in two configurations: M9391A-F03 (1 MHz to 3 GHz version) and M9391A-F06 (1 MHz to 6GHz version). In addition, a broad range of add-on modules is also available for this Vector Signal Analyzer. Thus, you can upgrade your instrument by choosing a suitable add-on, according to your requirements. As far as its compatibility with test, measurement, and programming software is concerned, the M9391A is compatible with 89600 VSA, command expert, and the Keysight I/O library suite.
