Keysight M9128A PXI RF Matrix Switch

The M9128A Matrix Switch is manufactured by Agilent/HP/Keysight. The M9128A Matrix comes with easy configuration and installation. The Keysight M9128A also provides switching with high performance. This PXI RF Matrix Switch shows low VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) and few insertion losses. In one PXI module, the Keysight M9128A Matrix Switch has an RF switch matrix (8 x 12). This 8 x 12 switch matrix is utilized in multiple signal routing, which permits any sequence of channel ends to link to multiple instruments. It has the maximum capability to route up to 300 MHz signals. To gain better performance of the Keysight M9128A Matrix Switch, all the rows must be isolated and switches must be disconnected.

The Keysight M9128A Matrix Switch contains a bidirectional matrix switch, as well as SMB male connectors. The Keysight M9128A can be used with several software drivers. These drivers allow users to make the module supportable in any PXI chassis and many programming languages. The programming environment supported by the drivers includes C++, C, C#, and VB. 

The M9128A Matrix Switch is equipped with isolation switches present on every co-axial connector. These isolation switches are used to disconnect the matrix cross point switch. For connection of row to row or column to column, the user should utilize two cross point channels. For the ideal performance of the module, there should be only 1 cross point per column/row to be closed. Low performance can occur when multiple cross points are closed in rows or columns.
